Good Morning- Well, first let me congratulate you on your coronation as Ms Senior NH 2011!!! That is awesome! Can't wait to see pictures. But, I'm not surprised; you are a very good -looking woman with many talents and a BIG heart, especially for kids with special needs. You did things with Ange that no one else could have done. And you went the extra mile with her (and other I'm sure). CONGTRATULATIONS!

Dear Kathy, I would like to thank you so very much for inviting me up to see your farm. It was really fascinating to learn all about caring for oxen. I am also very impressed with how you use the oxen to help people in our community. That is really wonderful!! I never expected that during our visit my husband, son and I would actually help yoke the oxen and drive them out in the field. That was truly an experience of a lifetime and one that I will never forget. You are an inspiration not just for women but for all. Your enthusiasm and positive personality is so refreshing. You are a role model and excellent example of what women can achieve. If possible, I would like to explore the possibility of skyping with you so that my students in Chapel Hill, North Carolina can be exposed to oxen and your fascinating profession. I thank you again so much for all of the time you spent with my family yesterday and I will look forward to seeing you again. All the very best, Kim Kelleher

Kathy my family had the most unforgettable time. What a unique, exciting experience we had with your oxen. Jeffrey wants to come back and take Chip home with him. No one wanted to leave. Your oxen are loves. They are so gentle. Love their kisses. They are just the greatest. Thank you for sharing your oxen with my family.

Hi, I just wanted to write and tell you that I enjoyed your presentation about the oxen. I was fascinated and interested when I first saw your info on the Sr. Am. web. As a matter of fact, when someone asks me about the pageant, I begin by telling about you and your oxen. You are doing wonderful work. Thanks for helping the children. Good Morning Kathy! Just a quick "Thank you!" for yesterday. I think Kaleb was very impressed, he will remember that afternoon for a very long time. I really couldn't believe he did as well as he did. Really hoping you will hope on board and help with the equestrian part of the formal opening ceremony, if you can Kathy. Dee

Kathy, We had so much fun visiting with you and your oxen. Our visit with you really was the highlight of our trip. I have attached several of my favorite pics from our visit. Thank you again. I am telling all of my friends to visit you if they ever get up your way. Allen and I were both intrigued by your presentation at the pageant and kept talking about it. Allen kept muttering about possibly visiting you and I kept thinking, is he insane, we don't have any way to contact her and don't really even have a clue as to where she lives. Why would a problem such as that stop my husband?? Monday evening Allen says, "let's visit the Oxen lady", so we haul out the pageant program and start looking for clues. In your ads we saw a lot of Gilford, NH and under Ms New Hampshire we saw OX-K Farm Discovery Center. I Googled OX-K Farm and saw your picture, the oxen and the Gilford NH address. That made us feel pretty confident. We saw the Gilford was only about 40 miles from where we were, we went. When we got to the sign the reads, "Welcome to Gilford, NH" I asked my husband how he intended to find you now that we were "there". And, of course, he says, "we'll just ask someone". Sure, right, that will work... "Just ask that lady walking her 2 great danes there on the side of the road". So I did, and low and behold, she knew about the farm and where it was. You know the rest. We did find you. That "Cow Manure" sign helped. That's our story. We had such a great time. Thank you again. Sincerely, Pat & Allen Pat
